下津井産ひじきを使ったメニュー！！

 

以前、当ブログでも記事にした「下津井産ひじき」が

先日、市立全小・中・支援学校で給食に登場しました！

 

 

「ひじき」サラダとして、副菜の主役になったんです！！

 

 

柔らかくて、風味もよく、とても美味しいひじきでした。

 

色々な学校からも好評の声が続々と届き、また食べたいという嬉しい感想も。

 

地元の海の恵み、これからも大切にしていきたいですね。
